Celebration Meditation

For the last meditation class 2011 at Unity and NiaMoves we are going to have a special celebration class. As usual, we spend some time in meditation, share and engage the intellect, but we'll keep it short for a special celebration followed by a group meditation to ring out the year.

Come and celebrate with us, bring family and friends. As always, our classes are open to everyone with or without meditation experience.
