Focus of the Class
The Silent Meditation Program is about getting everyone to meditate and provide a safe environment in a group to do so as an encouragement to continue to meditate on their own. The focus is to practice meditation, share our experience and engage our intellect. However, everyone is welcome to use their own techniques if they have one they favor and/or choose to learn the simple attitudes provided in the class.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to this class. Non-meditators and beginners are as welcomed as intermediate and more advanced students. And, no belief is required!
